The Shetland 4 x 6 Shiplap Apex Shed from Shire is manufactured in the UK using FSC softwood that has been smooth planed for a high quality appearance. The shed benefits from a generous 1.73m eaves height and 2.04m ridge height and is constructed using 34mm think frames with 12mm shiplap clad walls and OSB boards for the floor and roof. Mineral felt is included to cover the roof, along with one fixed window that can be positioned on either side of the shed and a triple hinged single door with hasp & staple lock for padlocking (padlock not included). This attractive shed is supplied with a 10 year manufacturers anti-rot guarantee.

Made from FSC sustainably sourced timber which has been pre-treated with a water based preservative for protection during transit, making an ideal foundation for colouring to suit your personal taste. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, the timber must be treated with a high quality timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Home Assembly Service 

If you don't have the requisite DIY skills a home assembly service is available on this item. This nationwide* service is conducted by the skilled Shire installation team at an agreed time which is convenient for you. Please note that this service is assembly only and does not include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings. Please ensure you have a suitable base in place before ordering this service. We recommend that the base onto which your building will stand should be at least 460mm (18") larger in each direction than the total footprint size of the building.

Delivery

Larger items will be delivered on a non returnable pallet or via HGV. The item will be unloaded from either a flatbed vehicle or HGV using a hand pump truck which requires a flat, firm surface for unloading. In some cases, this may mean kerbside delivery only. Please make us aware of any vehicle access restrictions such as height, width or weight limits as failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a failed delivery charge.
