The Overlap 8 x 10 Double Door Shed from Shire is an attractive and well made British shed featuring rough sawn 6mm thick timber cladding. The cladding overlaps the cladding below in a rustic style on a 34mm square framework with 8mm OSB sheets for the roof and 11mm OSB sheet for the floor. The double doors in the 8ft (2590mm) gable end provide wide access for large lawnmowers, bicycles or play equipment . This shed also benefits from windows along one of the 10ft sides made with safety glazing to allow plenty of natural light to enter, these can be installed on either side depending on your requirements. The double doors are secured by a hasp and staple lock ready for your own padlock.

Made from FSC sustainably sourced timber which has been pre-treated with a water based preservative for protection during transit, making an ideal foundation for colouring to suit your personal taste. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, the timber must be treated with a high quality timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. If you don't have the requisite DIY skills a home assembly service is available on this item. This service is conducted by the skilled Shire installation team at an agreed time which is convenient for you. Please note that this service is assembly only and does not include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings. Please ensure you have a suitable base in place before ordering this service. We recommend that the base onto which your building will stand should be at least 460mm (18") larger in each direction than the total footprint size of the building.

Larger items will be delivered on a non returnable pallet or via HGV. The item will be unloaded from either a flatbed vehicle or HGV using a hand pump truck which requires a flat, firm surface for unloading. In some cases, this may mean kerbside delivery only. Please make us aware of any vehicle access restrictions such as height, width or weight limits as failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a failed delivery charge.
