The Green Fence Post from Forest is a heavy duty post made from rough sawn timber and is supplied pressure treated which gives the post maximum protection. These posts are suitable for use with a variety of fence panels including rough sawn Lap Panels, Vertical Board Panels and Featheredge Panels that have been Pressure Treated.
Manufactured in the UK from FSC certified timber from sustainable sources this mixed softwood fence post is pressure treated which gives a natural timber colour and provides the post with a 15 year anti-rot guarantee, eliminating the need for annual re-treatment.

Warranty & Maintenance
This item is pressure treated with a 15 year manufacturers
anti rot guarantee. The pressure treatment leaves the wood with a temporary
green tint and if left to weather, the wood will fade to a silvery grey colour.
If you would prefer to change the colour straight away you can by using Protek
Timber Eco Shield, or it can be painted/stained after it has been allowed to
weather for at least 3 months using a product compatible for use with pressure
treated timber. Please note natural splitting and cracking may occur but will
not affect the longevity nor structure of the product.
