This product can not be ordered on its own. The Gravel Board can only be ordered when a minimum order quantity of 3 panels is placed, which can be a mix of any fence or trellis panel from the Forest collection.

The 6ft Gravel Board from Forest is made from timber and is suitable for installing beneath timber fence panels. The gravel board is designed to isolate the fence panel from direct contact with ground moisture which will help to prevent rot and decay. Gravel boards can also be used when erecting fencing across a slope.    

Manufactured in the UK from FSC certified timber from sustainable sources this mixed softwood gravel board is pressure treated which gives a natural timber colour and provides the board with a 15 year anti-rot guarantee, eliminating the need for annual re-treatment.

Warranty & Maintenance

This item is pressure treated with a 15 year manufacturers anti rot guarantee. The pressure treatment will leave the item with a pale green finish that allows the natural beauty of the wood to show through and over time if left this will weather to an attractive silver/grey finish. This is perfectly natural and does not affect the structure of the product. Alternatively the pressure treated finish creates a good foundation for colouring to suit your personal taste. If you do decide to paint or stain this item it is advisable to allow the wood to weather for 2-3 months to avoid trapping any residual chemicals from the pressure treated process. Any paint or stain you use must then be suitable for pressure treated timber. Please note natural splitting and cracking may occur but will not affect the longevity nor structure of the product.
