Home Assembly Service

This item is supplied flat packed ready for DIY home installation however, if you would prefer a professional installation this service can be provided by the skilled Forest installation team at an agreed time which is convenient for you. Please note that this service is assembly only and does not include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings. Please ensure you have a suitable solid, level base in place before ordering this service.

Shed Specification

The Timberdale Pressure Treated Sheds are manufactured using 12mm tongue and groove cladding, sturdy 33mm x 33mm frames, 12mm thick tongue and groove roof panels topped with mineral felt and 12mm solid tongue and groove timber boards for the floor. Pressure treated bearers are included to prevent ground contact with the flooring. Where windows are included each is fitted with 4mm toughened glazing and the doors are supplied with a rim lock for added security and two barrel bolts. All sheds are supplied with fixtures, fittings and instructions for home assembly.

Warranty & Maintenance

This item is pressure treated with a 25 year manufacturers anti rot guarantee. The pressure treatment leaves the wood with a temporary green tint and if left to weather, the wood will fade to a silvery grey colour which is perfectly natural and does not affect the structure of the product. However, you can change the colour straight away by staining the wood using Protek Timber Eco Shield or it can be painted after it has been allowed to weather for at least 3 months using a product compatible for use with pressure treated timber. Please note natural splitting and cracking may occur but will not affect the longevity nor structure of the product..
