The Sandringham Summerhouse from Shire is the ideal space to relax and unwind in your garden, transform the space into a workshop, hobby room, teenagers den, dining space or more. Made from 12mm Shiplap cladding and sturdy 44mm square framing. The Sandringham has a traditional chalet design which would make a great addition to any garden. This summerhouse benefits from a large curved bay window and double doors which allow plenty of natural light to flood the summerhouse. For added security the doors are provided with a key lock and concealed hinges and the window is fixed. This summerhouse also comes with a small overhanging canopy meaning that you can use it no matter what the weather is doing outside.

This product comes as a self assembly kit with all instructions and fittings supplied, but if you would prefer to leave all the hard work to the experts at Shire, then opt for a home delivery and construction package.

Made from FSC sustainably sourced timber which has been pre-treated with a water based preservative for protection during transit, making an ideal foundation for colouring to suit your personal taste. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, the timber must be treated with a high quality timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Home Assembly Service 

If you don't have the requisite DIY skills a home assembly service is available on this item. This nationwide* service is conducted by the skilled Shire installation team at an agreed time which is convenient for you. Please note that this service is assembly only and does not include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings. Please ensure you have a suitable base in place before ordering this service. We recommend that the base onto which your building will stand should be at least 460mm (18") larger in each direction than the total footprint size of the building.  

Specification

The Sandringham Summerhouses are manufactured using 12mm shiplap cladding, sturdy 44mm frames, 12mm tongue and groove boards topped with mineral felt for the roof and a 12mm tongue and groove boarded floor. The windows and doors are fitted with safety glazing and the doors come complete with lockable mortice lock. FSC approved timber is used unless otherwise stated. All sheds are supplied with fixtures, fittings and instructions for home assembly.

Delivery

Larger items will be delivered on a non returnable pallet or via HGV. The item will be unloaded from either a flatbed vehicle or HGV using a hand pump truck which requires a flat, firm surface for unloading. In some cases, this may mean kerbside delivery only. Please make us aware of any vehicle access restrictions such as height, width or weight limits as failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a failed delivery charge.
