This bulk bag of Crushed Sea Shells from Deco-Pak is an eco friendly alternative to traditional gravel and chippings on garden beds and borders, providing a protective mulch by deterring slugs and snails whilst supressing weeds and protecting tender roots from frost damage. The 5-15mm shell chippings can even be used as pot toppers for houseplants or in Terrariums or mixed with compost to improve drainage, making them particularly beneficial for cacti and succulents. Repurposed from the consumption of sea whelk, these sea shell chippings are a wonderful recycled alternative to use in your home or garden.

Our aggregate range is delivered in 1 cubic metre bulk bags on a non returnable pallet. The Bulk Bag holds around 800kg of stone, enough to cover 15 square metres at a depth of 40mm. 

Delivery

This item is delivered on a non returnable pallet. The pallet is unloaded from the delivery vehicle using a tail lift and a hand pump truck which requires a flat, firm surface for unloading. In some cases, this may mean kerbside delivery only. Please make us aware of any vehicle access restrictions such as height, width or weight limits as failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a failed delivery charge.
