The 'Hi Lo' Hanging Basket Tool from Gardman is designed to take the hard work out of tending to your hanging baskets. Using a spring and ratchet mechanism the baskets can be easily raised and lowered without the need for over stretching. Once installed you can lower the basket by placing your hands underneath and easing upwards slightly to release the locking device, the basket can then be brought to the required height for maintenance. When complete all you need to do is push up the basket to the desired height and lower very slightly to enable the locking mechanism. A must have tool for all gardeners! 

Please note - In windy conditions it is recommended to leave the Hi Lo in its uppermost position apart from when watering or tending plants.
