The Beeston Tall Single Gate from Castle Gates is a solid aluminium pedestrian gate that offers full privacy. It is supplied with a key operated mortice lock that offers excellent security. Being made from aluminium, it is both robust and lightweight whilst being resistant to rust thereby requiring virtually no maintenance, simply clean with soapy water when required to keep the gate looking new. The Beeston design has contemporary horizontal infill panels and is available with either a black or grey powder coated finish.

The gate is supplied with hinges, mortice lock and keys, NEW - now featuring a full length wall mounted latch & lock keep for added privacy, expanding bolts and screws.

How to Measure Aluminium Gates

The width measurements are the actual width of the gate. When installing the gate, the overall gap required needs to be between 3cm and 5cm wider than the gate to allow space for the hinges and latch keep.

The height measurement of the gate is taken from the bottom to the top of the side frame.

When installing your gate, remember to allow for ground clearance. The side frame should be installed at least 20mm off the ground, or more if your ground slopes.

General Information

Fittings. The Beeston Tall Single Gate is supplied with hinges, door handles, mortice lock with keys and latch keep. Please note the hinges and latch keep require a flat vertical surface for installation and are supplied black in colour.

Opening Directions. The Beeston Tall Single Gate is supplied with universal fittings that allows the gate to be hung on the left or right and the latch keep can be set to allow the gate to open either towards or away from you.

Gate Posts. Posts are only required if you do not already have walls or posts in place on which to hang the gate.
