The Salcey Playhouse from Shire is an authentic mini log cabin for your children. It is a playhouse with a wonderful design that will look amazing in any garden, whilst providing the kids with a safe, sheltered place in which to play. It is constructed in the traditional log cabin method and there are two opening windows for ventilation and both the windows and door are fitted with a draft seal system, making it comfortable to use for more of the year. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent little fingers getting trapped and the windows are glazed with safety perspex.

This playhouse is made from specially selected smooth planed FSC north European pine and will be supplied untreated so you will need to add a preservative immediately after installation and before the playhouse can be painted to suit your personal taste. Home assembly required.

Home Assembly Service 

If you don't have the requisite DIY skills a home assembly service is available on this item. This nationwide* service is conducted by the skilled Shire installation team at an agreed time which is convenient for you. Please note that this service is assembly only and does not include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings. Please ensure you have a suitable base in place before ordering this service. We recommend that the base onto which your building will stand should be at least 460mm (18") larger in each direction than the total footprint size of the building.

Delivery

This item is delivered on a non returnable pallet. The pallet is unloaded from a flatbed vehicle using a hand pump truck which requires a flat, firm surface for unloading. In some cases, this may mean kerbside delivery only. Please make us aware of any vehicle access restrictions such as height, width or weight limits as failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a failed delivery charge.
