This Grey Wooden Cold Frame from Kingfisher is designed to protect tender plants and get your seedlings off to a flying start by protecting them from frost. Made using wood that has been pre-treated with an attractive grey coloured preservative, combined with semi transparent polycarbonate glazing, the cold frame looks great whilst more importantly providing the perfect humidity and temperature control for plant growth. The roof opens in one section and can be held in position with the screw nuts supplied, giving you hands free access while you tend to the plants inside. The lid can also be held open for ventilation on warm days, to prevent the plants from overheating. Home assembly required.
