The Apollo Greenhouse from Vitavia has been designed to meet the needs of any gardener and is available in both Powder Coated Green or Anodised Aluminium. A Vitavia greenhouse will last you for years due to its anodised aluminium or powder coated finish as it eliminates rust and unsightly discolouration along with tough framework, which is a key benefit for a structure which has to withstand the varying changes in our climate. The process of anodisation is what the aluminium goes through to preserve it by increasing corrosion resistance and therefore keeping it looking pristine throughout its life.

An Apollo greenhouse is ideal for any gardener from a novice to expert as it is available in 5 sizes, from 1.31m (4'4") to 3.84m (12'7") in length with an overall width of 1.93m (6'4"). A single sliding door can be positioned to the left or the right and can be held in any desired position using the simple lever mechanism. This greenhouse also has the added benefit of an integral base with a low threshold entrance making it suitable for wheelchair and wheelbarrow access. It prevents the user from having to step over a perimeter base which reduces any risk of tripping. The Apollo is equipped with 1 or 2 roof vents, depending on size, and the structure has been strengthened with the inclusion of roof braces, with additional side braces in the Apollo 7500 model.

All models are supplied with standard gutters and vents (size dependent), glazing rubber, corner plates and braces for added strength. Includes a 10 year guarantee on the Greenhouse Frames (excluding glass and moving parts). Home assembly required.

Glazing options

Vitavia greenhouses are available with up to three glazing options, depending on model type:

• 3mm Horticultural Glass: the traditional glazing option
• 3mm Toughened, safety glass: no sharp edges; ideal when young children are around
• 4mm Twin - wall polycarbonate: retains heat, diffuses sunlight and reduces the risk of scorch. Safe and virtually unbreakable

A wide range of useful and labour saving accessories are included in the Vitavia Range. Shelving and staging help make the most of the space within a greenhouse. Folding units are available, if you want to grow taller plants. Extra roof vents and louvre side windows are also available together with automatic openers that allow vents and louvre windows to open and close according to temperature. Vitavia also offers various devices for measuring the temperature and humidity of the air and downpipes can be fitted for the collection of rainwater.

If you do not have the requisite DIY skills a home assembly service is available. This service is conducted by a Vitavia recommended installer at an agreed time which is convenient for you. Please ensure you have a suitable base in place as this service is assembly only and does not include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings.
