The attractive design incorporates quaint features such as pretty Georgian bar windows and a front door with a diamond cut motif. The downstairs window opens to improve ventilation. Safety styrene glazing is used in the door and windows to let in plenty of natural light and the door has a full length piano hinge to prevent little fingers getting trapped.

If you don't have the requisite DIY skills a home assembly service is available on this item. This nationwide* service is conducted by the skilled Shire installation team at an agreed time which is convenient for you. Please note that this service is assembly only and does not include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings. Please ensure you have a suitable base in place before ordering this service. We recommend that the base onto which your building will stand should be at least 460mm (18") larger in each direction than the total footprint size of the building..

Delivery

This item is delivered on a non returnable pallet. The pallet is unloaded from a flatbed vehicle using a hand pump truck which requires a flat, firm surface for unloading. In some cases, this may mean kerbside delivery only. Please make us aware of any vehicle access restrictions such as height, width or weight limits as failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a failed delivery charge.
