The Almarie Arbour from Shire is a sturdy design that comfortably seats 2 people. The solid apex roof provides shade from the sun whilst the shiplap panels in the sides and back help to provide shelter from any drafts or breezes, making it the perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy your garden. This arbour comes complete with three glazed opening windows perfect for added ventilation on a hot summers day. 

This arbour is made from specially selected pressure treated and planed FSC sustainably sourced timber, making it maintenance free for 15 years or more. The timber is finished to allow the natural beauty of the wood to show through, yet makes an ideal foundation for colouring to suit your personal tastes. FSC timber is used wherever possible. Home assembly required.

Specification

The Almarie Arbour is manufactured using 12mm shiplap cladding, sturdy 34mm x 34mm frames with a 19mm shiplap timber roof. The three opening windows are fitted with styrene safety glazing and come complete with multi position casement stay's. FSC sustainably sourced timber is used unless otherwise stated. 

Care & Maintenance

This item is pressure treated with a 10 year manufacturers anti rot guarantee. The pressure treatment leaves the wood with a temporary green tint. If left to weather, the wood will fade to a silvery grey colour; however you can change the colour straight away by staining the wood using Protek Timber Eco Shield, or it can be painted after it has been allowed to weather for at least 3 months using a product compatible for use with pressure treated timber Please note natural splitting and cracking may occur but will not affect the longevity nor structure of the product.

Larger items will be delivered on a non returnable pallet or via HGV. The item will be unloaded from either a flatbed vehicle or HGV using a hand pump truck which requires a flat, firm surface for unloading. In some cases, this may mean kerbside delivery only.
