The Foster Picnic Table from Brackenstyle is a quality picnic table that is manufactured from 40mm thick sustainably sourced slow growing pine. The wood is pressure treated with Tanalith E to help protect from rotting, mildew and decay. The process of pressure treating forces the treatment deeper into the wood to give the timbers a much longer lifespan than ordinary treatments. The timbers are also patterned with anti-warp grooves to prevent the table from buckling or warping with temperature changes. This classic style rectangular picnic table with parallel seats features a central parasol hole suitable for parasols up to 40mm in diameter and can seat up to 8 people. Suitable for domestic or commercial use this product requires self assembly and is supplied with a 12 month guarantee.

Caring for your product

If you wish to stain or paint your table with a different colour, you should let the pressure treatment dry out for at least two months after delivery and then any paint or stain that you use must be suitable for pressure treated timber. Natural splitting and cracking may occur but will not affect the lifetime or structure of the product

Please Note: Due to the drying process after the pressure treatment, the separators used to hold the picnic tables apart can leave surface markings. These will fade away very quickly once some weathering has occurred. Alternatively a quick sand with light sandpaper will remove any residual markings.
