The Greenworks 40V String Trimmer is a lightweight tool designed for trimming lawn edges and grassy areas inaccessible to a lawnmower. This machine features a 30cm cutting width, bump line feed, flower guard and a stone guard to help protect the user from any debris that is thrown up. The telescopic shaft allows for height adjustment and compact storage if space is limited. Minimal home assembly required.

If you're new to using rechargeable tools, here's the key things you need to know. The higher the Ah (amp hour), the longer the battery will power the tool. The higher the V (voltage) the more power the tool will have. Rechargeable Lithium Ion batteries will generally last around 1000 cycles before they need replacing (a cycle is a charge from 0-100%). Always store your battery in a dry environment where the temperature stays between 5C and 35C. Never store in direct sunlight or next to a heat source.
