Designed to connect to your house downpipe (connection not included) it offers an easy and sustainable way to collect rainwater for your garden watering needs. A transparent hose with a connected tap is attached to the bottom of the tank allowing for the water level within to be clearly visible, while the tap provides easy filling of watering cans or other watering devices. A special filter helps to prevent the tank from overflowing and filters the precious rainwater. Manufactured from 100% recycled plastic, this water butt is both durable and eco-friendly.

With a choice of 2 sizes, this water butt is supplied with a 5 year manufacturers warranty. Minimal home assembly required.

Delivery

This item is delivered on a non returnable pallet. The pallet is unloaded from the delivery vehicle using a tail lift and a hand pump truck which requires a flat, firm surface for unloading. In some cases, this may mean kerbside delivery only. Please make us aware of any vehicle access restrictions such as height, width or weight limits as failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a failed delivery charge.

Q) Can this water butt be placed directly on the ground? 
A) Yes this water butt is designed to sit directly on the ground as the tap is located approx. 30cm from the bottom to enable a watering can to be used underneath. This also means that some water is always left in the water butt to help keep this stable.

Q) Are there any care instructions for this water butt?
A) It is good practice to empty water butts/tanks regularly to clean the interior to remove sludge, algae and slime that can build up and effect water quality over time. During the winter it is advised to drain the water butt/tank to avoid freezing which could crack and split the water butt/tank in low temperatures. All Garantia water butts/tanks come with a plug at the bottom to allow for easy emptying. When empty the drainpipe connection should be closed and the tap should be left on open.
