The Parham Summerhouse from Shire is the ideal space to relax and unwind in your garden, transform the space into a workshop, hobby room, teenagers den, dining space or more. Made from 12mm shiplap cladding and sturdy 34mm square framing. This summerhouse benefits from large styrene safety glazed double doors and one side opening window which allows natural light and air to enter the summerhouse, the opening window can also be placed on either side. This summerhouse also has a small overhanging canopy allowing you to use it no matter what the weather is doing outside.

This product comes as a self assembly kit with all instructions and fittings supplied, but if you would prefer to leave all the hard work to the experts at Shire, then opt for a home delivery and construction package.

If you don't have the requisite DIY skills a home assembly service is available on this item. This service is conducted by the skilled Shire installation team at an agreed time which is convenient for you. Please note that this service is assembly only and does not include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings. Please ensure you have a suitable base in place before ordering this service. We recommend that the base onto which your building will stand should be at least 460mm (18") larger in each direction than the total footprint size of the building.

Larger items will be delivered on a non returnable pallet or via HGV. The item will be unloaded from either a flatbed vehicle or HGV using a hand pump truck which requires a flat, firm surface for unloading. In some cases, this may mean kerbside delivery only. Please make us aware of any vehicle access restrictions such as height, width or weight limits as failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a failed delivery charge.
