Handmade in the UK from sustainably sourced, tanalised and smooth planed timber, this pergola is built with durability in mind, with little to no maintenance required. Home assembly is required.

Please note: For added stability and security, we recommend anchoring your pergola into the ground (fittings not supplied). Supplied timber uprights are 70mm x 70mm.

Warranty & Maintenance

All Churnet Valley items are handmade and come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Pressure-treated for durability, the timber has a lifespan of up to 20 years with minimal maintenance. Initially, it may have a green tint, which will fade to a silvery grey over time. If you wish to change the colour, you can do this immediately wtih Protek Timber Eco Shield or paint/stain it after 3 months using a compatible product. As a natural material, the wood features knots and grain variations, and seasonal moisture changes may cause cracks or splits, but these will not affect its durability or strength.
