The Premier Pizza Oven Station is a complete outdoor preparation and cooking point, made from top quality materials so that you get top quality food! The construction of the oven utilises a unique combination of 5 layers of insulation to ensure it is fast heating and retains the heat for optimal cooking conditions and maximum efficiency. Crafted using natural limestone, the base and preparation table provide ample support for the Premier Pizza Oven and gives you that additional space needed when preparing food. A traditional double opening cast iron door is installed on the pizza front, bringing an authentic feel and allowing for a larger access point to the inside of the oven compared to other models. Featuring a huge cooking area of 80cm (diameter) this oven is perfect for catering to large groups of hungry family or friends! Also compatible with a rotisserie spit (sold separately) for slow cooking those delicious roast meat joints. A temperature gauge is installed at the front of the oven so you can safely monitor the temperature inside (up to 500oC/ 932 oF). A full stainless steel flue pipe and rain cap is installed on the top of the oven for expelling heat and smoke safely away from the operator. The must have item for regular outdoor entertaining, whether it be roasting, baking or smoking the food the rich flavours produced will have you going back for seconds every time. After finishing your delicious food, the oven can then be used as a patio heater to take the chill off late evenings. Minimal home assembly required.

The Premier Pizza Oven Cooking Station is delivered with full instructions on operation and assembly included. Due to the heavy weight of the oven steel liftings have been built into each corner so that a floor crane/mini crane or similar can lift is into place. The base and side table sections will require two people for home assembly. Due to the size and weight of this item, it is delivered on a pallet to the nearest vehicle access point to your property (in some cases this may mean kerbside only).
