Very happy with customer services. Received goods very quick . Although item comes in several pieces it is very heavy and requires several strong people to help fix together. Each section requires fixing together with a thin layer of mortar the large chimney section will require 4 strong men to lift on. Once fixed together requires painting of own choice. We are very satisfied with the quality and look of product . Would defo recommend to buyers gives the garden a tropical feel .
