The Suffolk Tall Double Gates are constructed from solid Scandinavian Redwood, with a symmetrical arrangement of tongue and grove within a simple rectangular frame, finished with a elegantly sweeping top rail. The Suffolk Gates are finished with a cedar base coat.
Included with the gate are two heavy duty reversible hinges (18" up to 8ft, 24" up to 10ft, 36" over 10ft) a heavy duty 9" twisted ring latch and an 18" drop bolt.
Wooden Gate Posts are required to hang these gates. Solid Oak 6x6" concrete in posts are available £50 per post or 4x3" wall mounted pressure treated posts are available for £25 per post.

Information about your gate
Fittings. All wooden double gates are supplied with hinges, latch, drop bolt and a fixing kit to attach your gate to timber posts.
Opening Directions. All double gates are designed to open inwards (away from the road). The latch and drop bolt can be attached to the left or right hand leaf.
Wooden Posts. Wall fixing posts must be secured in at least 3 places with rawl bolts (not supplied). Concrete in posts must be dug in 24" deep. A quarter inch (7.5mm) gap much be left between the post and the gate to allow for expansion of the wood.
Finish. All wooden gates are supplied with a cedar base coat and require a minimum of 3 coats of wood preserver (not varnish or creosote) before attaching the fittings and installing the gate.
