THE REASONS FOR CHOOSING A RAISED BED

Your garden soil may be poor - raised beds can be filled with nutrient rich compost of your own choice so that every would-be gardener can grow plants to be proud of.
Weeds find it more difficult to spread -and are more easily removed from a raised bed.
Drainage is improved. Your garden soil at ground level may have poor drainage - growing in raised beds overcomes this problem.
Your back! Perhaps one of the most important reasons - raised beds assist those with mobility problems to enjoy their gardening.

The most popular are made from timber which is pressure treated, with a 15 year Anti Rot guarantee. Most are FSC certified.

Choose the model to suit your needs - we stock Corner Raised Beds for those short on space, or not wanting to waste an inch of it; Sectioned Raised Beds to enable you to grow different vegetables or herbs. Several models also come in different sizes so you can choose the one to suit your needs.

ULTRA MODERN GARDEN? Then look at our Galvanised Raised Beds - nothing rustic or traditional about these. Galvanised products are becoming more popular - you have probably seen a neighbour with a bay tree (real or imitation) sitting splendidly in a galvanised pot.
