Information about Hardwood
Constantly aware of enviromental issues, Garden Oasis offers a wide range of FSC hardwood to our customers. FSC timber comes from sustainable and managed plantations and not from natural forests of ecological importance.
Acacia, left untreated will transform to a silvery grey colour but hardwood generally looks better when treated. To maintain the warm tones of the wood, treat once or twice a year with a suitable oil (purely for cosmetic purposes).
