HOW TO ORDER A MADE TO MEASURE FENCE PANEL

Click on the ‘Made to Measure’ button with the tape measure, this will open screen for you to enter your sizes for an instant quote.

STEP 1 – Enter the Gap Width

The gap width is the distance between your walls or posts. Lengths less than 537mm will contain vertical bars only

Example: If you have a gap of 1000mm and you do not need posts, the width you should enter is 1000mm. If you need to install posts, the posts for this fence panel are 50mm wide each, so the remaining gap for the fence will be 900mm, this is the measurement you should enter.

STEP 2 – Enter the Fence Height

The fence height is the distance from the bottom of the frame to the highest point in the fence. The fence height is the physical height of the panel itself and does not include any ground clearance, which as standard is 50mm (2").

Example: If you have brick pillars that are 1000mm tall and you want the top of the fence to be level with the top of the pillar, you should enter a height of 950mm, leaving you with 50mm (2”) of ground clearance.

Once you have entered your measurements, your made to measure quotation will be displayed. This is the total price, including VAT and delivery (excluding Highlands). When you are ready, click "Add to Basket" and go through the checkout to complete your purchase.

Recommended Accessories

Fence Posts: Made to measure posts are available if you do not have walls or posts in place on which to hang the fence panel, and are recommended to avoid causing damage to the brickwork. If you are installing onto a brick pillar, it must be flat and vertical as the hinge brackets require a flat vertical surface for installation.

General Information

Fittings: The Abbey Fence Panel is supplied with four hinge brackets.

Finish: The made to measure fence is supplied dipped in a black primer ready for you to paint with a top coat in the colour of your choice. We recommend Hammerite but any exterior metal paint can be applied. An optional zinc plated & powder coated finish is available at extra cost, please contact us for a quote before ordering.
