Garden Oasis stock a range of Automatic Gate openers by Mhouse. These easy to instal kits are suitable for new or existing gate installations, adding security to your premises, and making your entry and exit quicker and simpler. The mHouse range was initially designed to be installed by a competent DIYer but changes in legislation now require any electrical work to be carried out by a qualified electrician. The range features Mhouse ECSbus technology (Easy Connection System). Power supply is low voltage (24Vdc), and is therefore safe to install. They are made from high quality materials and are exceptionally user friendly.

When choosing your automation kit, you need to consider two things. The position of the gate in relation to the posts and how discrete the automation kit needs to be. If your gates are hinged in line with the back of the posts and the arms that grab the gate do not need to be hidden, the WG2 kit is a great value option, ideal for use with solid wooden gates.

If your gates are going to be hung from big brick pillars, you might need to look at the WS2 kit which uses an articulated arm to reach around the corner of the pillar to grab the gate. This type of automation kit is suitable for both wooden and metal gates.

If you have metal gates, the WU2 model is designed to be discrete as the motors sit in the ground beneath the gates. The motor arms grab the base frame of the gate with the gate sitting just 60mm from the ground.
