It is manufactured from strong UV stabilised plastic which means years of maintenance free service from this product. There is storage space behind the sink to hang a 50m/150ft hose (not supplied) which means you do not need to have all the hose trailing over the garden from the sink to your tap, just enough to cover the distance between the two.
