On assembling the pond I found out that not all the parts were there. On contacting customer service they said that they would have the manufacturer call me (I thought to myself - here we go, will be past between the two for weeks to come) but within 15 minutes I received a call and arrangements were made to replace the missing parts.
When I received these parts my pound was built and filled within 25 minutes it looks great and adds to my garden
Good service, good quality.
