The Evington Field Gates are constructed from smooth planed Scandinavian Redwood which has been pressure treated for a long life.
Wooden Gate Posts are recommended when installing this gate. Smooth planed 20cm x 20cm concrete in pressure treated round top posts are available for £60 per post.

Information about your gate
Fittings. All wooden gates require hinges, latch and a fixing kit to attach your gate to timber posts.
Wooden Posts. Concrete in posts must be dug in approximately 40cm deep. A 2.5cm gap much be left between the post and the gate to allow for expansion of the wood.
Finish. All wooden gates are supplied pressure treated which leaves them with a slightly green finish which if left untreated will fade or provides an ideal base for you to stain the timber in a colour of your choice.
