Phlox 'subulata' is more commonly know as Moss Phlox due to its dense creeping mat habit. This variety of Phlox is an almost evergreen plant, which will spread up to 18 inches and when planted in groups creates a considerable carpet of colour in your garden. The plants cascade down from walls or Rockery gardens. They suppress weeds and need little attention. The pack comprises of mixed pink, white, blue and red.
