Clematis Madame Julia Correvon is prized for it's red wine flowers with yellow stamens, it blooms profusely for most of the summer. Can be easily trained to cover walls, trellises or arches, only needs to have it's roots shaded. This variety shows good resistance to clematis wilt. Supplied in a large 17 cm container for super quality. Prune back hard to a pair of strong leaf buds in late winter to early spring.
