Beetroot Boltardy - Excellent bolting resistance, wonderful flavour with good colour and texture. Suitable for early and maincrop. Do not let them get too large.
Brocolli Red Arrow - Early variety which produces good quality spears which can be harvested over several weeks. A very underated vegetable extremely tender and tasty.
Cabbage Derby Day - Early ballhead Summer cabbage with round medium sized green heads with good bolting resistance.
Calebrese F1 Marathon - Marathon is one of the most versatile and popular varieties. It is suitable for early and late sowings as well as maincrop. Produces deep wel formed heads with a good colour.
Carrot Early Nantes 2 - Cylindrical roots with good flavour and colour. A good choice as with regular sowings you will have a long harvest period.
Cauliflower All The Year Round - Large pure white heads with excellent flavour. Will keep in good condition for long periods.
Leek Musselburgh Improved - This variety is particularly hardy and produces long thick stems with broad leaves.
Onion Ailsa Craig - One of the best varieties for kitchen or show, with a rich golden coloured skin and mild flavour.
Parsnip F1 Gladiator - The worlds first hybrid parsnip. Fast maturing long pointed roots with very good canker resistance. Leave them in the ground until required.
