Garden Oasis take online security very seriously and have therefore invested in the highest level of security available today. With the latest in security technology, when using Windows the address bar at the top of your screen will turn green when you visit a page that requires you to enter information. No personal details are collected from you other than that required to fulfil your order and no payment details or card numbers are recorded.
How do I order?
Simply add the product you require to your shopping basket, click checkout and either log in or if this is your first visit, create an account. You will then be guided through the checkout process. How long does delivery take?
The delivery time differs for each products so we have listed the estimated delivery times on each product page as a guide.
What if when I receive my order, it is not suitable?
Don't worry! We offer a 14 day no-quibble guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please keep the product in its original packaging and contact our sales team and they will provide you with guidance on how to return your order.
How do I pay?
We offer a selection of payment methods, designed to offer you the greatest flexibility. The majority of our customers pay by Credit or Debit card (including American Express) directly through the secure online checkout.
During the checkout process there is also an option to pay by cheque. If you select this option, you will be provided with instructions on where to send your payment. Your order will not be despatched until funds have cleared and therefore this method may extend the delivery time.
Paypal is also available for anyway wishing to use this service.
I have not received confirmation of my order, is there a problem?
Although both Paypal and Protx report a 99.99% availability record, time-outs and system errors can occur. If your experience a problem and you are not sure if your payment has gone through, please contact us and a member of the team will be happy to confirm the status of your order.
What happens to the personal information I enter about myself on your site?
When you create an account, your personal details are stored on a secure server for the sole purpose of speeding up future transactions for you, so for example, it will remember your delivery address to save you having to enter it again. The information is not shared or passed on to any other company. Your credit card details are not held on our server.
